Behind the camera :)

We could be spending some time together, so you probably want to know a little more about me. I am 23 years old, born and raised in Colorado, Winter Park area if you know it. Photography is my passion and I am dedicated to giving my projects all of my time and energy. I love to travel, be outdoors, and try new things life has to offer.

I work hard to capture the life in my photography!

Why film?

Biased opinion here, but film is just special. It evokes such a warm fuzzy feeling inside every time. It will never do you wrong! Also no two pictures will ever look alike so that’s pretty cool!

You can FEEL film.

Nostalgia in its physical form

Photos are a snap shot in a time that you can never exactly go back to, but can always look back on and remember the moment, the trip, or the people. I mean that’s priceless!

Film also makes things move slower. When I take photos I can’t just hold down a button and take 100 photos, I have to take my time and get the shot at the right moment. Which I think makes the photo even more still in time.

Its intentional!!

  • I’ve always loved taking photos of everyone and everything. After I got my first film camera, I was obsessed. Brought it with me EVERYWHERE. At first it was just a hobby, I would take photos of my sisters and friends constantly. Soon people started reaching out asking me to do their graduation, engagment, and weddings! I could not believe people were wanting me, to take such important photos. Ive always been so passionate about this, but film is a very expensive hobby. After years of some motivation from my best friends and family here we are, turning it into a business.

  • I am SO SO passionate about what I do. It’s always on my mind. I see this as an opportunity to meet awesome new people and potentially make a few friends out of it, you never know. An opportunity to see new places. This will be an experience for the both of us. Im invested in you and I care about the experience you have with me. I have an open mind and want some adventures, lets make something happen!

  • Every once in a blue moon, film will develop blank. All the photos will be ruined. Which is obviously crushing. There is no way of knowing until after I get the film developed. I know that can be concerning, but photo failures can happen with digital as well. I think film is worth the risk because it’s just unmatched. Full disclosure, I cannot offer you a full refund in this incident. For more peace of mind I will always be using more than 1 camera and 2 different rolls of film, so one has to always turn out. Just want to be honest with you!
